Below are a set of common questions which may resolve any questions you may have.

How many FIS files can i upload?
There are no restrictions on the number of FIS files uploaded. Upload a file every single day if you wish to track changes in your data.

Is there a limit on the number of staff which can use it?
The super user can setup as many staff as needed. All staff will be able to access the same reports and data.

Do you have data sharing agreements in place?
Yes, when signing up, data sharing agreements will need to be in place as DataFE will become a data processor.

Where is the data held?
In the UK. Our servers are provided by Fasthost and all of their data centre's are within the UK ensuring compliance with the UK Data Protection Act.

What security measures do you have in place?
Security is taken seriously with Data Protection by Design (GPDR) used throughout our systems. The measures taken include:

• SSL Certification (HTTPS) so communications between your browser and our servers are private
• CSRF (Cross-Site Request Forgery) counter measures in place to ensure only requests from our systems are processed.
• Capatcha images to reduce risks of computer scripts brute force at login.
• User Account lockout. 10 incorrect attempts to login will lock a users account
• Super User manages users which can login and view reports and your data sets
• IP Address whitelists where users from only specific IP addresses can login and access your data sets
• Binded variables used throughout to reduce risk of SQL injection attacks
• Sensitive ILR fields can be annonymised or encrypted within the database systems itself including
